I have used Big Chevy Hitch.com all of 2009 and they worked great.  I called James and told him what I was going to be doing and kind of what I was looking for, and he got me exactly what I needed and what worked best for my truck.  The receiver hitch fit perfect with my roll pan and the sled stops kept my body panels straight!  The combo of the moved receiver and pulling hitch also gave me those couple extra feet I was looking to get out of the truck.
